New XTR

All in all, it looks like Shimano is taking Sram's success to heart and coming up with some truely new improvements to their venerable top of the line group.

I am relieved that they aren't giving up on more "traditional", if you can say that, trigger-shifting in favor of the dual-control levers. I like the options.

But, what's the point of a ti-carbon middle chainring if people can't see it? I hope the large ring is just as cool.
